Wassa Gold Mine
The Wassa Gold Mine sits within a highly prospective mineralization segment of the Ashanti Gold Belt, with tremendous exploration potential within the mining concession and surrounding areas, which can effectively extend the mine life. The Ashanti Gold Belt strikes from NNE to nearly NS, with an exposed stretch of approximately 250 km in length and a width ranging from 20 km to 50 km. The Wassa mining concession lies on the eastern margin of the southern Ashanti Gold Belt, extending around 70 km along strike, making it one of Ghana’s major gold producers with the largest land holding under mining rights.

Zhuanshanzi Gold Mine
Zhuanshanzi Gold Mine is operated and managed by Jilong Mining, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chifeng Gold. Located in Aohan Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, PRC, it is a gold mining enterprise with integrated mining and processing capacity, certified as a National Green Mine and a High-tech Enterprise of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Situated within one of China's most significant giant gold metallogenic belts, the Zhuanshanzi Gold Mine holds two mining rights and one exploration right covering approximately 21.6 square kilometres. It hosts rare high-grade rich ore deposits domestically, characterised by high ore grades, low mining difficulty and low operating costs. The processing plant has an ore treatment capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day.
Low-cost cut-and-fill mining method is adopted for underground mining at Zhuanshanzi Gold Mine. The mine is fully equipped with the "six major systems", including underground monitoring, personnel positioning, communication, emergency refuge, compressed-air self-rescue and water supply rescue systems. The processing plant applies advanced and environmentally friendly all-slime cyanidation with zinc powder cementation plus tailings cyanide destruction technology. Jointly developed by the Company and research institutions in 2019, this technology was awarded the Second Prize of Science and Technology by the China Gold Association.
Wulong Gold Mine
Wulong Gold Mine is operated and managed by Wulong Mining, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chifeng Gold. Located in Dandong City, Liaoning Province, PRC, it is a gold mining enterprise with integrated mining and processing capacity, recognized as a Green Mine in Liaoning Province and a High-tech Enterprise.
Wulong Gold Mine is designated as a key research mine under the national key project of China entitled “3D Structure and Metallogenic Prognosis of the Liaodong Re-examined Metallogenic System”. It holds one mining right and two exploration rights, and operates a processing plant with an ore treatment capacity of 3,000 tonnes per day. Equipped with first-class domestic facilities, the processing plant is a modern facility integrating automation and intelligence.
As Chifeng Gold’s core domestic flagship mine, guided by the philosophy of “developing large-scale mines”, Wulong Gold Mine focuses on its core gold business, expands mine reserves, carries out key technical transformation projects and smart mine construction, vigorously cuts costs, lifts overall production capacity and accelerates the transition to an international-standard mine.
Honghuagou Gold Mine
Honghuagou Gold Mine is operated and managed by Huatai Mining, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chifeng Gold. Located in Songshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, PRC, it is a gold mining enterprise with integrated mining and processing capacity. Mining Area No.5 of the Lianhuashan Concession under Huatai Mining has been recognized as an Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region-level Green Mine.
Honghuagou Gold Mine holds six mining rights covering a total area of approximately 10.5 square kilometres, and its processing plant has an ore treatment capacity of 250 tonnes per day.
Xidengping Gold Mine
Xidengping Gold Mine is operated and managed by Jintai Mining, a controlled subsidiary of the Company. Located in Eryuan County, Dali City, Yunnan Province, PRC, the project holds one mining right and one exploration right covering a concession area of 10.35 square kilometres.
Phase I 140,000 tpa mining and processing project of Xidengping Gold Mine was commissioned at the end of October 2023, adopting heap leaching-adsorption processing technology. The development plan for Phase II targets a mining capacity of 600,000 tonnes per annum, which will further expand the mine’s mining & processing scale and gold output.
Tianbaoshan Zinc-Lead-Copper-Molybdenum Polymetallic Mine
Tianbaoshan Zinc-Lead-Copper-Molybdenum Mine is operated and managed by Hanfeng Mining, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chifeng Gold. Located in Longjing City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, PRC, it is a non-ferrous metal mining enterprise with integrated mining and processing capacity. Its main products include zinc, lead, copper and molybdenum concentrates, and it has been certified as a National Green Mine of China.
The concession area of Tianbaoshan Zinc-Lead-Copper-Molybdenum Mine falls within a "Key Exploration Area for Important Mineral Resources" designated by China. As a medium-to-large producer of non-ferrous metals including copper, lead, zinc and molybdenum, the Company also provides technical consulting services covering polymetallic separation processing, deep underground mining and deep ground pressure monitoring technologies. The mine holds two mining rights and one exploration right, with an approved mining scale of 699,000 tonnes per annum, meeting the criteria for a large-scale deposit in China.
